To receive a refund (less any costs incurred by BMB) you must withdraw PRIOR to May Long Weekend. No refunds will be issued after those dates, unless, in case of injury or a medical condition (doctor's note at your own expense is required). Requests must be submitted via email to our President or Vice President. Any refund given for a medical reason or current injury will be registration cost minus any uniforms fees and insurance fee. The remaining balance will be prorated and up to half will be returned to the parent.  If refund is approved, funds will be mailed to parent or guardian of player.  If any refunds are approved and fees were paid by a third party (e.g., KidsPlay,  A4K, Jumpstart) those funds will be returned to them, not to parent or guardian. During the above seasons if BMB has incurred any expenses for your child (including for medical reasons), a full refund will not be possible.
