Request for Refunds:

Kleefeld Baseball acknowledges that there are situations where a refund of registration is appropriate.

However, we need to ensure Kleefeld Baseball does not incur a financial loss as a result of any fees that have already been paid on behalf of a player.

We also need to respect the time invested by our volunteers in managing our registrations in creating teams that included a player.

In order to provide a fair balance between individual choice and the interests of Kleefeld Baseball, we have established the following refund policy:

 1) Requests for player withdrawal received prior to April 1st will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

 2) Requests for player withdrawal received prior to April 15th are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.

 3) Requests for player withdrawal received after April 30th are not eligible for any refund.

***The Baseball Manitoba and Carillon Minor Baseball player fee for players in the Baseball Manitoba League format is non-refundable once the Baseball Manitoba final roster date has passed.***
