Refund Policy


  • In order to start the season Gibbons Minor Soccer needs pre-pay for fees associated to register your player these include:
    -Tri-County Admin/Tournament Fees
    -ASA insurances
    -Pictures
    -Jerseys/T-shirts
  • A Refund / Withdraw Request Form must be filled out and submitted to info1.gmsa@gmail.com no later than April 15, 2025 to receive a full refund less processing fees.*
  • Any requests after April 15, 2025 will not receive a refund. **

*Special circumstances will be reviewed upon written request by email to the Gibbons Minor Soccer Committee in the event of family emergencies, military transfers, player injury or medical reasons.**
