We realize that kids change their minds and life situations change. There is a lot of planning that goes on behind the scenes and for this reason, our refund policy is: 

A DMBA Executive must receive, in writing (email), your player's intent to not play baseball for the 2026 season by the following dates:

Rally Cap and Grand Slam: May 3rd, 2026 - 80% refund will be given

11U and up: May 3rd, 2026 - 75% refund will be given

If notice is given past these dates, but before May 10th, 2026 you will receive a 50% refund. 

If notice is given after May 10th, no refund will be given
