LANGENBURG UNITED SOCCER CLUB REFUND POLICY
This policy and procedure outline refunds for all Club programs.
Refund requests must be made in writing to the Club and will be accorded as below:
No refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
No refunds will be given as of June 1 for the outdoor season.
Refunds of $10 or less will not be provided; they will be left as a credit.
Dates and Fees - The Club Executive will set Fees and Cut off Dates for each year and season.
Players who withdraw from the Club prior to the Cut Off Date will receive a full refund less Administration fee of $10.
Players who withdraw after the Cut Off Date but before the team’s first practice or game will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees.
Players who withdraw after a team’s first practice or game will not receive a refund unless a wait listed player is available to fill the vacated spot. A refund of 50% of registration fees will be given if a wait listed player is available.
REFUNDS - SEASON ENDING INJURY
In the event a player suffers a season ending injury while participating in a sanctioned United Soccer Club activity, an application for refund may be made. This application must be in writing (email is fine) and accompanied by an accident report from the coach and note from the attending physician. The amount of the refund will be pro-rated as follows:
Refund Base (Registration Fee less Sask Soccer Association Fee and Insurance fees)
