Refund and Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of $50.00 per registration will be withheld from ALL refunds for cancellations requested prior to September 1st
• After September 1st, a $100 per registration cancellation fee will be withheld from ALL refunds for cancellations requested up to November 1st
• After November 1st, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50 percent (50%) of total registration fees will be withheld for cancellations requested up to December 31st
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after December 31st
• For all other registration transactions, a minimum 10 percent (10%) administrative fee will be withheld from all refunds
