In order to receive a refund at Northwest Baseball the request must be received before registration closes. Once registration closes no refunds will be given. NOTE a refund fee of 5% will be deducted from the overall refund amount to cover processing and administration fees. 

To request a refund, contact us with your registration details by emailing: nwbaseballpresident@gmail.com Please include your name, the player’s name, and the division of play.  Optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund - we take parent feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Refunds will be processed quickly, typically within approximately two weeks of verification of payment.
