REFUND POLICES

Kensington & Area Soccer Club: 

All refund requests must be made in writing, documenting the reasons for the request,
to the KASC Registrar at kensingtonandareasoccer@gmail.com

Refund:

If a player registers and then decides not to play, KASC will charge a $25.00 administration fee and refund the balance of registration paid.

Request must be received before May 30 and the player must have not participated in a practice, tryout or game. 
 

Partial Refund After Season Started:
Request received before June 30. 
The player has participated in a practice, tryout or game. 
Total Fees paid less PEISA Fees & less $25.00 administration fee.

Season Ending Injuries:
Same as partial refund guidelines with date extended to July 31.

Total Fees paid less PEISA Fees & less $25.00 administration fee.

No Refund:
Requests received after June 30.
Season ending injuries after July 31.

The player has participated in a practice, tryout or game. 
Total Fees paid less PEI Soccer Fees less $25.00 admin fee.

Season Ending Injuries:
Same as partial refund guidelines with date extended to July 31.

No Refund:
Requests received after June 30.
