Registration Refunds - Registration refunds of 50% will only be provided prior to the submission of rosters to Alberta softball Association and that no refunds will be offered following that date. For special unforeseen circumstances a refund may be granted, for a refund to be granted a written request for refund must be made to the Onoway Minor ball registration coordinator explaining the request for a refund.
A Volunteer fee of $50 per family will be added to your registration fee's if you select the Opt out selection of the volunteer positions. If all the positions are full and you would like to volunteer please respond to the the ball coordinator as we have lots of volunteer opportunities through out the season for you to get your $50 back..
Team Viability - Players will be placed on teams on a first come, first served basis. Teams will be considered viable as below.
Softball - 11 registered players - ideal max 14
Additional teams will not be created until there are enough registrations in place to create a viable team.
• If there are not enough players to create a team, the team will fold for that season and registration fees and volunteer deposits will be returned.
• For players who registered too late to make the initial team and there are not enough players to create additional teams, they will have their registration fees and volunteer deposits returned.
• Special requests (i.e. team placement etc.) cannot be guaranteed.
