2024/2025 Season 

No refunds will be given after A teams are formed.  Refund requests received before A team formation are eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid at that point minus a $50.00 administration fee. Should BVRA be required to cancel the season, refunds will be prorated at time of cancellation.

Refund requests must be sent in writing to registrar@bvraringette.ca and will be reviewed by the BVRA board.

Camps, 3v3, Tryouts

There are no registration refunds for camps, 3v3, or A tryouts unless the activity is cancelled by BVRA.
