All refund requests must be submitted to the Penlax Registrar. A $100.00 processing fee will apply to all refunds. Full refund, minus processing fee, on membership cancellation received by the Registrar prior to March 1st. 50% refund on membership cancellation received between March 1st and April 15th. No refunds on membership cancellations received after April 15th or the start of League play, whichever comes first. Please allow 30 days for processing.
