CVMHA Refund Policy:

Players may withdraw from the program at any time until November 1, 2025, and will receive a pro-rated refund minus a $100 administrative fee. The pro-rated refund will be calculated based on the time spent in the program up to the withdrawal date. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after November 1, 2025.
