Refund Policy


Shooting Star Basketball Association Refund Policy  

Refunds may be requested by contacting the treasurer by email and including your mailing  address within the email request. An administrative fee of $10 will apply and a cheque will be  sent out within 2-4 weeks. See below for refund amounts.  

  • Full refunds are available prior to October 1st of the current season  
  • Partial refunds are available after October 1st and prior to December 1st of the current  season. The refund will depend on amounts already paid out to league and provincial  organizations. The earlier the association is contacted the better. If special conditions apply please provide information within the refund request.  
  • No refunds will be given after December 1st of the current season. All team costs have  been paid by this point.  

NSF cheques charge of $20.
