All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the PCRMRA Executive by emailing:  registrar@pcrmringette.ca

Refund requested on/before August 25, 2024 - Registration fee minus a $25.00 administrative fee 

Refund requested August 25 to September 30, 2024 - Registration fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee 

Refund requested October 1 to October 15, 2024 - Registration fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee and the Ringette BC Insurance fee

Any refund requested after October 16 will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will include a $50.00 administrative fee and the Ringette BC Insurance fee

NB: Please note due to the FUN1/FUN2 divisions being subsidized programs there will be no refunds issued for FUN1/FUN2 registration fees after September 30th.

NB: Credit Card processing fees are not refundable
