Please note that there will be no refunds provided after May 10, 2026 for player registrations.  This is implemented because the association must form team lists and schedules.  Also, any refunds will be subject to a $35 administration fee as well as if you paid via CC the service charges will also not be refunded as we are charged those regardless.

If a player is injured during the season and a doctor's note provided that states the player will no longer be able to participate than there will be a pro-rated refund provided.

For the Bedford Days Tournament there will be no refunds after June 1st unless another team can be found to replace you.
