Refund Policy (Effective Jan 14, 2025 - Amended Mar 18, 2025)

St. Paul Minor Ball registration refunds will be based on this policy and schedule.

 

Lakeland Minor Ball player refund requests will be as follows:

- If request is made prior to April 15, a full refund will be granted

- If request is made between April 16 - May 15, 75% will be refunded

- If request is made later than May 16, no refund will be granted

 

Provincial, AA, A player refund requests will be as follows:

- If request is made prior to evaluations, a full refund will be granted

- If request is made during evaluations, a full refund will be granted, tryout fees will not be refunded if applicable

- If request is made after player has been selected to the team, no refund will be granted

 

Winter & Spring indoor training:

- There will be no refunds for these sessions

 

Refunds for Acts of God will be as follows:

- In situations such as pandemics, facility damages, ect. causing SPMB to close off the season a full refund minus administration and credit card fees will be refunded.

 

Refund requests made prior to April 15, fundraising or volunteer obligations will not be required.
