Refund Policy


Refund and cancellation policies

All refund requests must be made in writing to the President and Head Coach.

In the event of suspended or cancelled membership, or if an athlete chooses to stop swimming with the club prior to January 1st, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged and pro-rated fee reimbursement will be provided. If an athlete stops swimming after January 1st for reasons other than medical necessity (doctor’s note required), there will be no team fee refund.

No refund will be given if an athlete chooses to stop swimming in an extra program (solo, duet, figures) unless it is for medical necessity (doctor’s note required), in this case a 50% pro-rated fee reimbursement will be given.

Refunds will not be issued for payments received for NAQ and CAS affiliation fees, administration fees, paid competition fees after the NAQ registration deadline, or uniforms already ordered.

Athletes missing a competition for medical necessity (doctor’s note required) will not be reimbursed non-refundable competition fees that are already paid to NAQ.
