If the program that you have registered for is cancelled by the Cheema Aquatic Club prior to the start of the program a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, the following applies:
- Monthly Programs - Withdrawal from programs with monthly payments (E.g. After School) require a minimum of 30 days notice, there are no pro rated refunds or payments. All refunds will be subject to an administration fee equal to the greater of $50 or 5%.
- Summer Programs (July/August) - Participants of the summer program will have the first 5 days of the program to withdraw. The registrar must be notified within 5 days of the start of the program if a refund is to be issued. All refunds will be pro rated with a 5% administration fee.
- FUNdamentals Program - Participants must withdraw within the first month of training to be eligible for a refund equal to 50% of the full session dues. All refunds will have a $50 administration fee apply.
- Year Round (LTT, DHP, HP) - Withdrawal from a year-round program requires a minimum 15 days notice to be eligible for any refund of dues paid or payable. Refunds will only be provided for the month following appropriate notice. There will be no refund after the start of the 10th month of the Program. All refunds will be subject to an administration fee equal to the greater of $50 or 5%. ADCKC, CKC and other fees are non-refundable. Reinstatement fees may also apply.
- All other Programs or fees - There is no full or partial refund once the program has started or fees (E.g. Seasonal Programs, Capital Fund, race fees, boat storage) have been collected. All refunds will have a 5% administration fee apply.
The registrar must be notified (registrar@cheema.ca) of withdrawal to be eligible for any refund.
No refund will be issued if a participant leaves a program due to a disciplinary issue.
