Refund Policy

Strathmore Venom Players: 

• A 100% refund will be issued provided the player has not participated in any on-floor activities, including evaluations, preseason practices, or any other scheduled floor time prior to the regular season start date.
• If a player has attended any on-floor activity (including evaluations or preseason practices), an 80% refund will be issued prior to the official season start date.
• Once players have been assigned to teams and the official season has begun, refunds will no longer be available unless otherwise approved by the board.

• Any evaluation fees (i.e., HOKS tryout fees) remain non-refundable.

• Volunteer bonds are non-refundable if opted out.

• Medical releases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 Redneck Rumble Tournament:

A $500 registeration fee is refundable until the scheduled due date for full payment (April 1, 2026) at which time teams are considered committed to the tournament. 

• By paying the required deposit, you are committed to attending the Redneck Rumble. If circumstances arise where you cannot attend, email our tournament director, to see if there are additional teams on a waitlist. If there are no other teams on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to fulfill your commitment fee.
