Refund Policy

Strathmore Venom Players: 

• Until Evaluations up to 80% of fees are refundable, until players have been assigned to teams
• Any evaluation fee's ie. HOKS tryout fee's; are non-refundable
• Volunteer Bonds are non-refundable if opted out
• Medical releases, will be reviewed on a case by case basis

 Redneck Rumble Tournament:

A $500 registeration fee is refundable until the scheduled due date for full payment (April 1, 2026) at which time teams are considered committed to the tournament. 

• By paying the required deposit, you are committed to attending the Redneck Rumble. If circumstances arise where you cannot attend, email our tournament director, to see if there are additional teams on a waitlist. If there are no other teams on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to fulfill your commitment fee.
