From the start of the registration to 21 days before the start of the program, refunds will be given less the $25 administration fee.

From 20 days to the start of the season, refunds will be given less the $50 withdrawal fee.

After the first date of the season, refunds will be given less the $100 withdrawal fee.

There will be no refunds issued after game 2 of the season.
