Waterloo Girls Hockey Association (WGHA) Refund Policy

Tryout Fees: There will be no refunds given for tryout fees unless the tryout is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of WGHA.

Camps: There will be no refunds given for camp fees unless the camp is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of WGHA.

Base Registration: If a player completes the registration process, including payment, and decides not to play hockey prior to the season or program starting, there will be a refund less a $75 administration fee. If the season has already started and the player has been on the ice with their team for a game or a practice (even once), then the refund will be prorated less any OWHA fees and a $75 administration fee.

Additional Team Fees: Additional fees (such as Rep fees and Team fees, if applicable) may be eligible for a prorated refund, if any, and are taken into consideration on a case by case basis.

Programs (e.g. Rookie Ravens, Powerskating): Refunds for programs are as follows; If a registrant has attended up to 2 sessions, they will receive a 50% refund. There will be NO refunds after this. For example, if a registrant attends 3 sessions out of an 8 session program, they will receive no refund.
