Requests for refund shall be made in writing to the board prior to April 15th of the current season.  Requests for refunds after April 15th will be considered by the board on an individual basis.

If a member is injured and unable to complete the season a request for refund of all or partial fees can be submitted to the board and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
