Summer Camps 2023

• If you cancel a camp more than 10 days prior to the camp, you will receive a refund (less a $20 administration fee.) 
• If you cancel a camp within 10 days of the camp, you will receive a credit toward a future VYPC program. 
• If we cancel a camp you will receive a full refund.
• If you miss part of camp for health reasons, we cancel because conditions severely restrict paddling, or health regulations require us to cancel, you will receive a credit for the day(s).
• Credits can be used for any VYPC program until the end of August, 2024.

 Regular Seasonal Programs

• For first-time members, you may receive a refund (less a $20 administration fee) if you cancel within 7 days of the program starting or the date of registration - whichever is later.
• If we cancel a program, you will receive a refund.
• Other refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.  
• We occasionally have to cancel a practice due to adverse weather conditions. Our fees take this into account.
• If we have to cancel for some other reason (e.g. coach illness), we will attempt to offer a make-up practice.
