CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

- Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to the season commencement date will be entitled to a refund in the amount of the registration fee paid less a $25 processing fee.
- Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to November 1, 2021, will be entitled to half of the registration fee paid.
- No refunds will be offered after November 1, 2021.
Members must provide written notification to the registrar (dolphinswaterpolo@gmail.com) of the intent to withdraw an athlete from the club on or before the dates listed above.
Please Note
- Season commencement date is determined by the date of the first practice of the athlete’s age group.
- This policy will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and presented as part of the registration package.
