Refund Policy


 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

 

Approved by the Board of Directors

October 6, 2020



  1. Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to the season commencement date will be entitled to a refund in the amount of the registration fee paid less a $25 processing fee.  

 

  1. Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to November 1, 2021, will be entitled to half of the registration fee paid.

 

  1. No refunds will be offered after November 1, 2021.

 

Members must provide written notification to the registrar (dolphinswaterpolo@gmail.com) of the intent to withdraw an athlete from the club on or before the dates listed above.



Please Note

 

  • Season commencement date is determined by the date of the first practice of the athlete’s age group.

 

  • This policy will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and presented as part of the registration package.
