All refund requests must be made in writing. There is a $50 processing fee for refunds. Any refund requests after the deadlines below must be accompanied by medical documentation. Refunds remain at the discretion of the board. 

FUN 1/2: 

Refunds will be provided as follows: 

75% refund up to 30 days after registration 

No refunds after January 1 

FUN 3/ U12-U19 

Refunds will be provided as follows: 

75% prior to November 1 

50% prior to December 1 

No refunds after December 1 

Full payment is due September 30. Any member with an outstanding balance after September 30 will be considered to not be in good standing and will not be able to participate until fees are paid.
