All fees are non-refundable including, but not limited to, registration, try-out, evaluation, season fees, uniforms, financial transaction costs, and any other cost(s), fee(s), or expense(s) incurred or paid, directly or indirectly, to BVMHA. Participants who want the option of a refund can purchase third-party insurance (Registration Cancellation Insurance) through our partner, Vertical Insure, to protect your registration investment against unexpected situations.

In cases where reasons beyond the control of the participant require them to leave the program that would not be covered by the offered insurance, a refund may be authorized at the discretion of the Blindman Valley Minor Hockey Association Board. A written request for refund should be sent to the Finance Lead. Players who indicate prior to evaluations that they are trying out elsewhere, can receive a full refund upon confirmation of acceptance to a Hockey Alberta sanctioned team.
