REFUNDS
Any player wishing to leave the association and receive a refund must submit a request in writing or by e-mail to the Registrar registrar@sgha.ca and Treasurer treasurer@sgha.ca .
The refund will be based on the following chart, subject to the date when the request is received by the Registrar.

Refunds will be issued only after all outstanding team fees have been paid and the player has returned all SGHA equipment and jerseys to the Association.
Refunds will be processed by the treasurer beginning October 1st each year.
