Refunds -

Spring season: if a player wishes to withdraw before March 15th, a refund minus a $10 admin fee will be given.

If a player withdraws after March 15th, you will not receive a refund. 

Note: Unpaid fees from previous seasons or any outstanding final payments for the current year registration, will result in not being placed on a team starting in 2025 until the balance owed is brought up to date or payment arrangements have been made.

Clinics/Off seasons: No refunds after registration unless we are able to fill the spot with a wait listed participant.

Our planning and ability to host these events depends on numbers to cover anticipated costs. Medical reasons can be reviewed on an individual basis.
