Refund Policy


 If a player withdraws after registering, and before Team Formation, an administration fee of $20 will be withheld.

 

If a player withdraws from U13 to U18, after team formation, an administration fee of $35 will be withheld, as team lists have been completed and coaches notified.

 

In the FIRST TWO WEEKS OF THE SEASON, a refund will be given as follows:

Youth (U7 - U9)

• minus $25 administration fee

• minus $5 per practice/game time

 

Youth & Teen (U13 - U18)

• minus $35 administration fee

• minus $5 per practice/field time

All refund requests mus be directed to the Executive Director or Director.

When submitting your request please include the following:

Players name, DOB, Reason for request and current mailing address.

AFTER TWO WEEKS into the season, a refund will be given ONLY for a player who has suffered an injury preventing their return to the season.

It is the parent's responsibility to notify the office of any season ending injuris, as that is the date the refunds will be processed from.

***A doctor's note will be required to process all refunds associated with season ending injuries.
