The refund policy breakdown is as follows:

• Withdraw by August 31 - 90% registration fee refunded (less $ 20.00 processing fee)
• Withdraw by September 15 - 75% registration fee refunded (less $ 20.00 processing fee)
• Withdraw by November 15 - 50% registration fee refunded (less $ 20.00 processing fee)
• Withdraw after November 15 - No Refund

Note - Pre-season camp registration fees will only be refunded if the player has not participated at all. No partial refunds will be issued for camps.

NOTE: A $35.00 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST
ALL CHEQUES RETURNED TO THE MSA OFFICE.
