The club shall maintain the following refund policy for players/families that request a refund of their registration costs. All refund requests must be made in writing, documenting the reasons for the request, to the WCRFC Registrar at registrar@winsloecharlottetownfc.ca.
Full refund: Refund request received before June 1 and the Player has not participated in a practice, tryout, or game.
Partial refund: Refund request received before June 1 and the Player has participated in a practice, tryout, or game. 75% of the Club’s registration fee will be refunded; no portion of the PEISA fee will be refunded ($33.50 for mini's and $53.50 for youth).
No refund: No refunds will be issued after July 1, except in the case of season ending injury. Season Ending Injury: Where a player receives a season-ending injury, certified by a physician, before August 1 50% of the Club’s registration fee will be refunded. No refunds are given after August 1.
Refunds with be issued either by crediting the credit card used to pay the registration online or by cheque if the payment was made by e-transfer or cash.
