Refund Policy


Westcastle Ski Club Refund Policy

1. General Refund Window
Refunds (excluding applicable administration or third-party fees) will be considered if requested before the first day on snow.

2. Administration & Third-Party Fees (Alberta Alpine Fee)

  • A portion of the program fee (20% base fee) plus a 3% administration charge may be non-refundable

  • The Alberta Alpine Fee is non-refundable

3. Refund Due to Injury or Illness
If withdrawal occurs because of a season-ending injury or illness, Westcastle may honor a prorated refund (minus base and administrative fees) based on the date of the request—with documentation from a healthcare professional

4. After On-Snow Programming Begins
No refunds are issued for voluntary withdrawal or dismissals after on-snow activities start

5. Weather-Related or Club Cancellation

  • No prorated refunds for missed training days due to weather or absenteeism 

  • If programming is cancelled by the club before on-snow start, a refund (less administration and non-recoverable costs) will be issued
