Lakewood Player Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2022
If a player has decided to withdraw from a season or camp, they can request a registration fee refund. This request must be sent to the Lakewood Registration Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests cannot be considered unless they are clearly communicated.
All refunds are subject to an Administrative Fee of $50 after registration.
Uniform Kit fee is non-refundable upon receipt of Kit.
Any refunds requested due to medical reasons after evaluations will be prorated for the remainder of the season or camp, not including Administrative Fee and Uniform Kit.
For regular season registration (Indoor or Outdoor) no refunds will be provided after the first game has been played. For camp registration no refunds will be provided once the camp has commenced.
Upon season cancellation by a governing body refunds will be prorated for the remainder of the season.
Any team fee (Tournament fees, team gear, coaches gifts, etc) refunds are entirely at the discretion of the team. Please contact your team manager to make any refund arrangements.
Lakewood Soccer Association reserves the right to use discretion when addressing any terms of the Refund Policy.
