Refund Policy

~If a request to withdraw is received by the NDLA Registrar prior to or on April 15, 2026, 100% of the player registration fee will be refunded, minus the $50 BCLA registration fee.

~If the request is received after April 15 but before May 15, 2026, only 50% of the player registration fees will be refunded, with the $50 BCLA registration fee deducted.

~After May 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
