Nova Summer Camps are fully refundable up to 16 days prior to the first day of the camp. Fees for the camp are non-refundable 15 days or less prior to camp start date unless the camp is cancelled due to low registration numbers. Should a camp be cancelled, all fees will be refunded. 

 

The City of Edmonton will cancel all outdoor pool use due to lightning and / or rain that is so hard that the lifeguard cannot see the bottom of the pool. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, or an unexpected interruption, alternate locations for the camp will be arranged OR refunds will be provided at the discretion of the board.
