Should you decide to leave the club part way through the season, you may be entitled to a partial refund. Any player resigning from the club must deliver written notice to the President.  Refund calculations will be made from the date of receipt of that notification.

NOTE: OWP/WPC fees are not recoverable and therefore, 100% non-refundable. $75 administrative fee will not be refunded.

Club fees are refundable based on the following timetable and calculations:

• September 1 through September 30 of registration year:

(FULL CLUB FEE  - OWP Registration) x 90%

• October 1 through October 31 of registration year:
  (FULL CLUB FEE  - OWP Registration) x 70%
  
• November 1 through December 15 of registration year:
  (FULL CLUB FEE  - OWP Registration) x 40%
  
• December 16 through January 15 of registration year:
  (FULL CLUB FEE - OWP Registration) x 15%

If the FCWP Club has to close due to COVID, refunds will be given after current pool time has been paid for.  The $75 registration fee will not be refunded.
