1.9   Registration Refunds

Requests for registration refunds must be received in writing via email to westoxfordinferno@gmail.com by December 1 of the current season. All requests will be reviewed by the Executive for approval. Non-refundable fees may include but are not limited to; tryout fees, any fees paid to participate in exhibition games or for extra ice, signing fee, and/or tournament fees.
