Cranbrook Minor Ball Association Refund Policy:

Regular House Season May - June of each year

• Full Refund until March 31 of the current year
• 50% refund until April 15 of the current year
• No refund after April 15 of the current year

*Less a 5% processing fee

CMBA will provide full refunds after April 15, only if a doctors note is provided and/or unavoidable circumstance arise and is communicated to CMBA immediately.

Camps, Clinics and Fall Ball

• Full Refund until the Camps Start  (will be given as a credit towards regular season ball fees)
• 50% refund within 2 weeks of Camp/ Fall ball has begun (will be given as a credit towards regular season ball fees)
• No refund after 2 weeks of Camp/ Fall ball has begun

CMBA will provide full refunds for Camps and Clinics and Fall Ball (as a credit towards regular season ball fees) , only if a doctors note is provided and/or unavoidable circumstance arise and is communicated to CMBA immediately.
