Wheelchair Basketball Canada Refund Policy

Wheelchair Basketball Canada (WBC) is committed to providing fair and transparent processes for all program and activity fees. Please review the following refund policy:

1. Requesting a Refund

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to WBC. Please include your full name, program or activity name, transaction details, and reason for the request.

2. Processing Time

• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after being processed by WBC.

3. Processing Fees

• Refunds issued for credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5% deduction from the total amount refunded. This fee reflects non-recoverable payment processing costs.

4. General Notes

• Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific program or activity. Please refer to the program registration details for any additional refund conditions.
• WBC reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
