REFUNDS
Refer to BWHA Refund Policy for information, instructions and guidance. Refunds may be prorated, and penalties/administrative fees may be withheld - see Refund Policy for details. Refunds will not be released until all BWHA property has been returned.
Tryout fees are 100% non-refundable.
Where, following registration, a player withdraws from any team (competitive, house league or women’s league), the player may request a refund of registration fees paid to the BWHA. A player requesting a refund of registration fees must direct such a request to treasurer@bwha.ca and include:
- player name
- date of birth
- program and team (including division/category)
- withdrawal date
- Circumstances leading to withdrawal
It is important to note that a Refund Request is NOT a notice of withdrawal, and should only happen AFTER a player has properly informed the appropriate individuals of their intention to withdraw.
To withdraw from a Competitive team or Program: please contact competitive@bwha.ca
To withdraw from Youth House League: please contact youthhouseleague@bwha.ca
To withdraw from Adult Women's House League: please contact womenshouseleague@bwha.ca
LATE FEE
A $50 late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance where payments are not made in accordance with the schedule provided.
PAYMENT REVERSAL FEE
A $50 processing fee will be charged for requests to reverse any credit card payment - where the registrant would prefer to pay a lesser amount, or by using a different payment method.
NSF CHEQUES
NSF cheques are subject to a $30 administration fee.
