At Independent Living Sudbury Manitoulin, we understand that plans can change. This refund policy ensures fairness for both our players and the program.

1. Full Refund

• A full refund will be issued if a player withdraws at least 14 days before the season start date.

2. Partial Refund

• A 50% refund will be issued if a player withdraws less than 14 days before the season start date but before the second game of the season.

3. No Refund

• No refunds will be issued after the second game of the season, except for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, relocation).

• Requests for exceptional refunds must be submitted in writing to the league coordinator and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Program Cancellation

• If the league is cancelled by ILSM due to insufficient registration or unforeseen circumstances, players will receive a full refund.

5. Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and issued by the original payment method.
