Refunds: There is a $15 processing fee on all requests for refunds up to April 6th, 2026. Any refund must be processed back in the same manner and to the same source as was used for the payment. If you are withdrawing your registration and wish a refund, you must notify us:  ball@spcakitchener.ca     There are no refunds after April 6th, 2026.
