Refunds

A 3% administrative fee: applies to all credit card transactions. This fee is non-refundable and is charged on both the original payment and any refunds issued to a credit card.

Non-Refundable Fees:  Tryout Fees, Late Fees and 3% admin fees.

Refund Policy - Intro to Hockey (U6-U9):  Refunds will be issued (minus a $25 Admin fee) until October 30th.

Refund Policy - U11-U18:  Once a player has been drafted to a team, refunds will not be issued, except in the case of AAA/AA players attending second tryouts. In such instances, the player’s roster spot will be held, and if the player is selected for a team elsewhere, a refund will be issued only after we receive the tranfer request from a Minor Hockey Association.  

No refunds will be issued for participants who choose to leave and play non-sanctioned hockey.
