Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Association Office. Refunds are processed based on the date the written request is received.
Administrative & Processing Fees
- A 3% administrative fee applies to all credit card transactions.
- This fee is non-refundable and is charged on both the original payment and any refunds issued back to a credit card.
Tryout Fees
- All tryout fees are non-refundable.
Withdrawal prior to skates - all levels: Withdrawal fee of $50 and the Tryout Fee is non-refundable.
Program-Specific Refunds
Intro to Hockey (U5-U9)
- Refunds will be issued minus a $50 withdrawal fee up to October 30.
- If rostered to a team there will be
- After October 30, no refunds will be issued.
U11-U18 Programs
- Once a player has been drafted or placed on a team, refunds will not be issued.
AAA / AA Players Attending Second Tryouts
- The player’s roster spot will be held during the second tryout.
- If the player is selected to another team, a refund will be issued minus the $125 tryout fee.
- Refunds will only be processed after a formal transfer request is received from the receiving Minor Hockey Association.
Tiered Hockey
- Once a player has stepped on the ice for tryouts, no refunds will be issued.
Team Selection & Releases
- After team selection, if a player requests a release, no refund will be issued and full registration fees remain payable.
Non-Sanctioned Hockey
- No refunds will be issued for participants who choose to leave the program to play non-sanctioned hockey.
