Before April 11th - Full Refund
Before April 22nd - 50% Refund
After April 23rd - NO Refund
If you select to work a Volunteer job and you are a No Show, you will incur a $ amount charge - which will need to be paid before your child can continue to play.
Paying the Volunteer Opt Out Fee: Please note that some factors are beyond the control of Virden Minor Ball. If the tournament does not take place, the volunteer opt out fee will not be refunded. You are choosing to pay this fee at your own risk.
