As per Article 7.1 in SFHA Governance - Policies and Procedures:

No refunds in House League after the HL player steps on the ice at the first draft game.  Registration fees less $56 will be refunded to players withdrawing prior to the first draft game.  No refunds to the Jr. Greyhound players after accepting a position on the team and/or after the full payment deadline.  All requests for refunds must be made directly to the Registrar.

Refunds will NOT be given to families who change their minds about playing hockey after they have stepped onto the ice with SFHA.

Refunds will NOT be given to families should OWHA guidelines change.  For example, disallow game play.
