At Impact Soccer Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality soccer training programs. To ensure the sustainability of our programs and fairness to all participants, we have established the following No Refund Policy: All payments made for training sessions, camps, clinics, leagues, and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: participant withdrawal for any reason (including personal, or schedule conflicts), dissatisfaction with the program, coaching staff, or training environment, weather-related cancellations or facility closures beyond our control, and suspension or expulsion due to violation of academy policies, code of conduct, or disciplinary actions.

If a participant misses a session for any reason, including illness or injury, there will be no make-up sessions, credits, or refunds unless otherwise specified by the academy. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or facility issues), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but no refunds will be provided if a reschedule is not possible.

If a player sustains an injury or develops a medical condition that prevents them from participating, a credit may be issued toward future programs at the discretion of Impact Soccer Academy management. A valid medical certificate from a licensed physician must be provided for consideration.

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances: If Impact Soccer Academy cancels a program before its start date, participants may receive a full refund or credit towards a future program. If a participant experiences a season-ending injury before the program starts, supported by a doctor’s note, partial credit toward future programs may be granted at the academy’s discretion.

By completing registration and submitting payment, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy in full. For any questions or concerns, please contact Impact Soccer Academy before registering.
