Refund Policy


2025 Season Refund Policy

1. Once registered, if PMBA cannot roster a player, a full refund will be provided.

2. Full payment of fees is due at the time of registration, and no later than March 31st, 2025 in order to secure a spot.
        - Payment can be made via e-mail money transfer to treasurer@pmba.ca or by credit card.

3. Any refund requests before March 31st are subject to a $10 fee. Refund requests after March 31st are subject to a $75 fee. There are no refunds after May 15th.  Please submit your request to treasurer@pmba.ca. 

 

*Refund policy may be subject to change without notice due to but not limited to regulations set out by Niagara Region Public Health.
