All requests for refund or player withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the girls/OWHA Registrar at girlsregistrar@lambethminorhockey.com and are:
- Subject to verification of original payment.
- Issued to the payment type to which the original payment was made and may take 1-2 weeks to process.
- Dependent on when the written request was RECEIVED by the Registrar:

Registration fee plus volunteer fee, less tryout fee (if attended) and less $50 handling fee.

There will be no refund of volunteer fee.

50% of registration fee refunded less $50 handling fee.
80% of competitive team fee refunded.
There will be no refund of volunteer or tryout fees.

NO REFUNDS.

*Exception: The only exception to this refund policy will occur in the event all ice time is cancelled by government health authorities and may not be issued until season is called or ended.Should this occur, refunds will be prorated to reflect remaining ice time/season.
