Refund Policy


All requests for refund or player withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the girls/OWHA Registrar at girlsregistrar@lambethminorhockey.com and are:

  • Subject to verification of original payment.
  • Issued to the payment type to which the original payment was made and may take 1-2 weeks to process.
  • Dependent on when the written request was RECEIVED by the Registrar: 
Date Request Received Refund Amount
Prior to September 10th

Full refund (including volunteer and try out fee).

September 10th to 30th

Registration fee plus volunteer fee, less tryout fee (if attended) and less $50 handling fee.

October 1st to 31st

Registration fee less $125, less tryout fee (iff attended) and less $50 handling fee.

There will be no refund of volunteer fee.

November 1st to 30th

50% of registration fee refunded less $50 handling fee. 

80% of competitive team fee refunded.

There will be no refund of volunteer or tryout fees.

After November 30th

NO REFUNDS.

*Exception:  The only exception to this refund policy will occur in the event all ice time is cancelled by government health authorities and may not be issued until season is called or ended.Should this occur, refunds will be prorated to reflect remaining ice time/season.
