As per the OGHA By-laws (Section 4.04 d): Any Member may resign from the Association by providing written notice to the Registrar.  If the resignation occurs after January 1st of the current season, any player registration fees shall be forfeited.  If the resignation happens prior to January 1st of the current season, player registration fees shall be refundable in such amount as the Board of Directors determines to be fair and reasonable to the circumstances.  Note: This policy will be adapted if deemed necessary following provincial COVID protocol.

All refunds are subject to an administration fee of $75.

Refund policy excludes the Player Commitment form for competitive signing.
