Withdrawals are accepted up to two weeks before the start of the applicable program and generate a credit, applied to your account, that can be used for any future programming by any member of your immediate family. 

 

Cancellations of any kind may result in a pro-rated credit, applied to your account,  that can be used for any future programming by any member of your immediate family.   The amount of pro-rated credit will depend on the timing and the situation related to the cancellation.  

 

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot in a tournament and is only refundable if withdrawal from the tournament is requested before February 28th (less $25 admin fee). Full payment is due by May 1st to guarantee placement in the tournament.
